THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SECTION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF 100 TOOLS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
